Reflection does not have to become a report

You can notice something without turning it in.

A private thought does not need an audience. Reflection can be a word, a question, a pause in the middle of something, or no written record at all.

A useful question is optional: “What matters to me about this?” You can ignore it or replace it. There is no required emotional answer and no score for completing the exercise.

Only choose to keep a note when keeping it would help you. A shared or borrowed device may not be a suitable place for private writing.
