A claim needs a source
Useful clarity without a wall of paperwork.
A clear claim names what it is about and how it is known. An account of a single test should stay a claim about that test, not grow into a promise that the whole system is safe.
Keep original material and interpretations distinguishable. Where two sources disagree, record the disagreement instead of turning the summary into false consensus.
This does not mean every ordinary exchange needs an investigation. It means consequential claims should not become stronger merely because they were repeated.
