Something has been misunderstood

Ask for the record to distinguish an account from a conclusion.

Keep the statement or decision you want corrected separate from the person’s character. Note what was observed, what was reported, what was inferred, and what remains unknown.

For a public reading here, keep its title and page address alongside the wording you dispute and your proposed correction. The guide “Correct a record” explains how to prepare that without disclosing unrelated details.

This edition has no report or correction intake. Keeping a note is not filing a report, and opening Help does not contact anyone.

A delayed reply, silence, refusal, or a privacy choice does not by itself establish wrongdoing, motive, or incapacity. Relevant facts, actual agreements, and legitimate review still matter.
