An optional request keeps coming back

A repeated invitation can become a burden.

You can skip any reading or prompt here and choose another area. This edition does not offer reminder subscriptions or require a reply to an unfinished note.

If an optional request keeps arriving through another service, identify that request and use that service’s actual notification or withdrawal controls. Keep a short description of what continues to arrive if you need to follow up.

A boundary can be simple: “Please stop asking me about this optional activity.” This is an example you may adapt; the site does not send it.

Stopping an optional request does not by itself cancel a separate agreement, payment, required notice, or scoped emergency duty. Keep those matters separate instead of assuming that one choice settles them all.
